The WILD LIFE penguin from Schleich® features yellow ear markings and black and white feathers resembling a tuxedo.
The WILD LIFE penguin from Schleich® is an emperor penguin. It is the largest and heaviest of all penguins. It also inhabits the southernmost regions of Antarctica. Emperor penguins do not build nests. They incubate directly on the ice. After laying the eggs, the female returns to the sea to feed on fish. The male incubates the egg. He places it on his feet and covers it with a fold of skin to keep it warm.
