Return Policy for Online Orders
Return policy for online orders in store:
From the date of receipt of the order (date indicated by the delivery sites) you have 10 days to get a refund if the product is not opened and with the invoice. For an exchange you have up to 15 days if the product is not opened and with the invoice. If ever a product received is broken in its box, you have 30 days to report it to us. For returns or exchanges by transport:
You will need to return the product intact, in its original packaging (including all manuals and accessories) accompanied by a copy of the invoice or the product order number which you will find in the order confirmation message or in your customer account.
Ojeux does not cover your delivery costs for the return and exchange of products.
For products damaged in the packaging or defective during transport:
You will need to return the product in its original packaging, if possible (including all manuals and accessories), along with a copy of the invoice or the product order number which you will find in the order confirmation message or in your customer account.
If after verification our sellers consider that this is indeed defective or with original breakages, Ojeux will cover your delivery costs and will proceed to reimburse the order or the product for the return and exchange of the products.
