Is Ojeux a Quebec company?

Yes, the company was created by Danny Cayouette. It has been around for 15 years!!


Is there a price difference online and in store? 

No, the prices are the same in store and online.


How can I purchase a gift certificate online and will it be good for in-store and/or online purchases?

To buy a gift card online, Click here. You will receive an email with a code for the gift certificate which will be valid online and/or in store.

 

What is your competitive pricing policy?

We do not apply the competitive pricing policy.

Website and procedure

Do I need to create a customer account to browse or order products on your site?

No, there is no obligation to create an account in order to visit or order on our site.

 

Are online payments secure on your site?

Yes, all our online payments are secured via the Stripe secure online payment platform.

 

How do I add an item to my cart on your site? 
You have 2 options:

- Hover your mouse over the item of your choice, click on glance and then click on Add to basket.

- Click on the product of your choice, once on the article page you can click on add to basket and the article will automatically be added to the basket.


I would like to see or make a change in my cart. How to do?

You click on the shopping cart icon at the top right, this will take you to your shopping cart page. Once on this page, to the right of the product, in the Quantity category, you will be able to choose to add, remove or delete one or more products.


When my shopping cart satisfies me, what do I do next?

 once the products have been selected, the quantities chosen, you can go to the bottom of your shopping cart page and click on Proceed to payment. This will take you to a page where you can choose the payment and shipping method.


What are the forms of payment accepted?

On the online store only credit cards are accepted.

You can pay for your order by one of the following payment methods:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard

All orders made on the Ojeux site are processed via the secure online payment platform Stripe.

The total amount of the order will be charged to your credit card in a single payment when processing your order.

For any order of $300 or more, an identity document may be required to validate the order.

If I received a damaged item, what is the procedure?

You can reach us by email at com@ojeux.ca, with a photo of the item and the invoice and/or order number. You can also contact us by phone at +1 514 524 3444 to report the problem to us. Once the problem has been found, we will refund or exchange the product. 

 

Can I cancel an order? 

Yes of course. You can reach us by phone or email, com@ojeux.ca, to let us know that you wish to cancel the order.

For any order canceled after the package has been sent, the delivery costs will be at your expense.


What happens if I ordered a product that is ultimately unavailable in your inventory? 

If ever a product ordered online is not available in store, we will immediately refund the product in question.

Delivery and return

What delivery charges apply for online orders?

For all orders over 75$CAN, the delivery costs are at our expense up to a height of 20$ of transport costs. Beyond that, any additional costs will be at your expense. 

For all orders under 75$CAN, there will be 15$ delivery costs in Quebec and 20$CAN delivery costs for all orders outside Quebec.

What are the delivery and pick-up times for orders?

Once the order has been processed, the shipment will be made within 2 days maximum as long as the products are in stores. If they have to come from the warehouse, the shipment will be made within 3 to 4 days. For transport times in Quebec, it usually takes between 2 to 5 working days to receive your order and allow a few additional days for the rest of the country.

Delays may be added due to bad weather conditions, when there is a holiday and during high traffic periods such as the holiday season.

For in-store pickup, it takes 1 to 3 working days if the products leave our stores and between 2 to 5 days if they leave our warehouse.

What is the procedure if I want to make a return? 

From the date of the order you have 10 days to be reimbursed if the product is not opened and with the invoice. For an exchange you have up to 15 days if the product is not opened and with the invoice. If ever a product received is broken, you have 30 days to report it to us. You must return the product intact, in its original packaging (including all manuals and accessories) accompanied by a copy of the invoice or the product order number which you will find in the order confirmation message or in your account. customer.

Ojeux does not cover your delivery costs for the return of products unless it is defective (we will exchange for the same product free of charge).

Will I have my order tracked? 

You will receive by email the tracking number and the transport company.

Is free delivery possible? 

Yes for all orders over CAN$75.


What if I think my order is lost?
You can contact us by phone or email, com@ojeux.ca and we will do our best to find the order in question.

What happens if the amount of transport costs is greater than the amount of the order?

If the transport costs are greater than or equal to the amount of the order, we will have to cancel the order or it will be necessary to add more products.

what happens if there is excess weight for transport?

If ever the parcel has a surplus of costs due to the weight it will be the responsibility of the customer.

Do you offer the ''pick up in store'' option 

Yes we offer it for our three stores. Once all customer account or guest account information is complete, you will be given the option to choose in-store pickup and at which store. Depending on the availability of products in the 3 stores, pick-up locations will be offered to you.

Example : If you ever have a product available in Mont Royal and Verdun and another product that is only available in Mont Royal, the site will only offer in-store pick-up in Mont Royal.


Can I have an order that I made myself in store delivered.

Not only online orders can be delivered.
