For having received the fire of the gods through Prometheus and having believed themselves to be the equals of the gods, men will be punished, Zeus has decided so! He therefore orders the gods and goddesses of Olympus to create the first mortal woman: Pandora. They shape her and offer her gifts and the breath of life. Once ready, Zeus offers Pandora a box, which he asks her not to open under any circumstances, and sends her to Earth.
