In Disney's Tangled, selfish Mother Gothel kidnapped baby Rapunzel from her parents' castle and locked her in a tower to use her magical hair to preserve her youth. Many years later, when Flynn Rider reunites with Rapunzel, he promises to take her to see the floating lanterns in exchange for the crown he stole. Their adventures bring them back to the castle (and each other) with a heartfelt reunion with Rapunzel's parents and a satisfying ending that shows good triumphing over evil!
