The Schleich® DINOSAURS ceratosaurus has three large bumps on its skull. Sharp teeth adorn its movable jaw.
The Schleich® DINOSAURS Ceratosaurus was a carnivorous dinosaur that lived around 150 million years ago in the Late Jurassic period. The two bumps above its eyes and the large bump on its nose were made of bone. It used these to fight or to scare off rivals. Numerous small, pointed bones also ran along its back. It owes its name to its many bumps and plates: Ceratosaurus means "horned lizard".
